Cosmetology Educator

Laurel has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019 and licensed educator since 2021. Laurel currently serves at our Ames Campus as a Salon Area and Classroom Coach.
During her career Laurel has served as Guest Services Team Member, Stylist behind the chair, Management, Creative Director, and of course, Educator! As a result of her variety of experience in the beauty industry, Laurel enjoys to share with the students the many opportunities that are available to them once they're licensed! Laurel has dedicated a lot of her time to strengthening herself as an educator and is always looking for additional education and loves to stay on top of the latest trends. Laurel loves to teach the students anything that helps them become more confident!
When Laurel isn't working she loves trying new restaurants with her boyfriend, reading, and spending time in the Pacific North West!
