Anna has been working in the Beauty Industry for the last 5 years as Front Desk for 2 different Salon Companies in the Ames and Muscatine area. Anna currently serves our Ames location as a member of the Salon Area Support Team and Guest Services.
As a part of our Salon Area Support Team Anna helps to keep our Salon and Spa Area moving smoothly, making sure we're compliant with State Law & Sanitation, and ensuring our guests are having a wonderful experience during their time with us. Anna loves to pass along her knowledge of customer service to the students and teaching them how to serve their guests to a high level and make it an enjoyable experience. When asked why someone should come to PCI Academy, Anna said it was the inviting atmosphere and group outgoing, welcoming people.
When Anna isn't working she enjoys spending her time attending her college classes, being around animals, and cooking!
